- preheat oven to 425
- line baking sheet with parchment paper
- brush edge of one sheet of puff pastry with egg wash and overlap with other sheet. press and roll to smooth the seam
- cut 1 inch strips from edges of pastry
- brush dough with egg wash
- this is too much to write i give up
