recipe
  1. cook ground pork with szechuan powder and white pepper until browned
  2. add a healthy spoonful of ma pao sauce
  3. make a roux of cornstarch and water and add until it looks right
  4. chop up non-firm tofu and mix with pork
  5. simmer until the sauce is a little thicker
  6. serve with rice
